tea: i made tea blends!
Apr. 5th, 2013 01:02 amI've been experimenting with making my own blends with Adagio Teas and I've finally worked out two of them! So excite! :D
Caramel Duchess is my attempt at remaking a blend from another company that my mother liked. I think mine is a bit better because it's not as citrusy.
Covert Cocoa was also an attempt to replicate a tea by a different company but it came out entirely different and I like mine so much better! All on its own, this one is a smooth black tea with a tiny hint of peppermint. Add a little sugar to bring out the mint. Add a bit more sugar and a splash of cream and you get an amazing cup of tea that's pretty much like a cup of hot cocoa.
And of course the labels I made myself with my own photographs. So... I kind of arted? The Covert Cocoa label is more like my usual artwork than the Caramel Duchess label, though.
