Things are going okay over here. Unless you mean the giant roaches and geckos invading the house. Or the mysterious bugs that are randomly biting me which I seem pretty allergic to, judging by the amount of swelling that happens afterwards. Hurray?

The funeral is on August 14th, but in the meantime, we have to do a few other Buddhist ceremonies and such. My mom has been running around taking care of a lot of business while I've basically just been sitting on my ass doing pretty much nothing. Wait. I did do a lot of shopping this weekend XD

Also been working on my Ravenclaw scarf. It's coming along nicely. I'm hoping to have it done before I leave.... we'll see.

Working flat in garter stitch. I'm using a boucle yarn, so it's already not canon. Figured the garter stitch would be faster and use less yarn than doing it the proper way in the round XD

And you would be right! Working in the round would make it double-thick, but also double the work. Besides, there's enough bickering about whether to do movie house colors or book house colors, what shade is correct, what gauge....blah blah blah blah.
