cupid dvds; crap day; shep bear!

amezriWhoa. Been getting a good response on those hi-def Cupid DVDs. Keep 'em coming! The guy has dropped his price to $30, but I want to see if we can push him down a bit more is more people are interested in buying. I'm not in any of the Rob Thomas/Cupid/Veronica Mars comms, so anyone who is, is welcome to link to that post so we can gather a few more people.
Basically, I was not okay risking $60 to some dude in case he didn't come through, but $20-30 seems more reasonable if this guy was jerking us around. So even though I'm talking to him, everyone needs to understand that I don't know him personally, so I can't vouch for the validity of his claims. But I have seen the footage and man is it sweet.
You might want to skip the rest of this if you don't want to hear about my petulant whinging about insignificant events.
The day started off crap with rainy weather and Talyn (my laptop) deciding to bug out. It got worse as I got to work and everything was just. Blargh. And my job is making me aggro and want to smash things. So I decided to skip out early.. except early ended up being when I was scheduled to leave anyway. Meh.
Decided to head to the mall because I'm so very girly and shopping always makes me feel better. I went to Claire's and bought new silver hoops and... stopped by Build A Bear. Yes, I did it. I bought myself a wee bear. His name is Shep and he's a Read Bear. They didn't have a plain black tee or grey pants (boo!) so I got him a surfer shirt and black jeans. The really sad part is that I was going to get him boxers so I could have them hanging out the pants, alas, they were too covered by the jeans XD
I can see this bear thing becoming another outlet to burn my money...
AND OMG TALYN STOP BEING A WHORE! I just want to be able to get my David & Joe files off the stupid hard drvie. *head desk*
