Great movie. Disorienting, a bit dark, funny in the right spots. Jim Carrey in a role that I like! Elijah was kinda twitchy, but I guess he was supposed to be, the perv. Is it wrong that the B&N sequences made me smile a little bit in that "hey, I work there!" way? Yeah, I thought so.

Anyway. Highly recommend this film. Go forth and watch as Joel gets mind-frelled!

I was supposed to go to Best Buy to get batteries... but then I decided the Rayovac ones were way too expensive.

Erm.. just fell asleep for an hours or so ^_^* I guess I should go eat dinner... heh..

Hmm, I think I blew my movie budget for the next month Friday night (though I was planning to reconsider if I ran across Big Fish). But maybe I should catch Eternal Sunshine on the next paycheck...

Well, I've been stricken by the urge to go see The Alamo and I have fun on the Friday night double-feature thing if I can work out a pair of convenient showtimes -- smuggle a drink into the theater in my bag and sit there and knit and see some new films. And the Friday after this one I'll be freshly paid. I just won't go trying to fit in a showing with a friend who doesn't have his own ride next time...
