It is a combination of discount and service programs offered by Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc., through contracts with or leasing arrangements for service providers and insurance under group policies issued to Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc
So basically, yeah, you could save 65% on a hospital biil, but if your emergency surgery cost $5,000, you'd still have to pay $1,750 where actual medical insurance could cover nearly all of it.
