amezriToday, though it started out a bit crappy, was the best birthday ever! ^_^ Not only did I get lots of faboo gifts, but lots of people wished me a Happy B-Day. It was cool :)
This morning, I went to Digital Video as always and Jasper had bought me a cake. Aw. Sven made people sing. It was embarassing. Heh. It was probably just an excuse for them to have cake in the lab ^_~ I was surprised that there was actually plates and forks. Anytime we had food last year we ate off paper towels with our hands.
My computer, of course, was still being a bitch, and I had serious photocopying issues at the Help Desk. I won't even talk about my phone call to AOL's incompetent tech support. But you don't want to know about that, do you? You want to know what goodies I've gotten.
So... here's the list:
Lots of people also stopped/IMed to say Happy B-Day. Thanks to everyone, including: Juliet, Jamell, Claire, Kelly, Mike R., Mike M., Tracey, Ryan, Brian, Matt, Stacey, Rachel, Vanessa, Ted, and Arline. Sorry if I forgot anyone - I have swiss-cheese brain. ^_^**
After classes, I had dinner at Mills with Teri, Joanne, and Claire. Was cool. I am having dinner again with Claire & Kelly on Friday night.. I think. Maybe she said Thursday.. hmm.. Anywho, after dinner, I went back to my room to purchase the Farscape con tickets. There were problems there (secure server issues again) and I had to call my brother so he could enter my info for me from home. As I was talking to him, I got a call from Joanne to come down to the cage because she had a question for me - of course they (Q & Laura, Xiomara, Teri, Kristen, Joanne, and Claire) were all in the cage with a cake for me. Being oblivious to such things, I was pretty well surprised. More cake, though. Can't seem to give that stuff away. LOL
Called my brother to make sure he got the tickets, which he did. Double checked with Oz, and he's got them now, too. Sweetness! Just gotta get Jake on the train now and we are all set for Farscape Con. That was a debacle, trying to get everything coordinated and still being all festive and stuff. Think I pulled it though. Heh.
Spent the next few hours in the cage with Joanne and Matt watching Buffy episodes: "Hush," "Once More With Feeling," and the tail-end of "Seeing Red." I really wanted to tape that last one again, but a stupid game was on so I couldn't set a tape. Oh well. It was a great way to spend three hours ^_^
Time for bed... got work and class and then work in the 'morrow. Promised the girls I'd do another RP post with Kurt/Logan, so I shall do that at work.

- a can opener (because Kristen says that I've gone through 4 years of college without my own, so I ought to have one now! lol)
- black sleeveless ruffled top (from Teri)
- can't forget the huge package Sezzy sent me
- dragon pedestal (Phil & Michelle)
- real leather coat and diamond necklace (my mommy *g*)
