custom Torchwood logon

So... wasn't feeling well at all today so I came home early. Had a sit down and.. uh... finished up my custom Torchwood logon screen XD And I thought, well, it came out so nice, maybe someone else would want it?

It's based on the original site login on the Torchwood.org.uk site. I had to redraw everything from scratch as I couldn't find any decent caps and there wasn't a way to get back to that screen on the site. Anyway, I think it came out pretty cool. I added the box on the left while watching Torchwood tonight... but I couldn't figure out what text to put in it, so I just pasted in the disclaimer from the site XD
It's for Windows XP only as I don't have a machine with Vista on it. But, if you'd like it, you'll need:
+ LogonStudio for WinXP
+ my Torchwood skin (also includes user picture, not in preview)
Install LogonStudio. Unzip the Torchwood.zip. From LogonStudio, select Load and find the Torchwood.logonxp file you extracted.
EDIT: Reposted here in more sizes!
Uh. Hopefully it works? I'm not exactly sure how well the exporting went as the compression is pretty wacky. So. Give it a try and then let me know. Comment anyway and let me know what you think!
Edit: I should probably mention that it's for a 1024x768 screen. It looks weird right now in anything else I think. I will attempt to fix after work.

Date: 2007-12-04 06:47 am (UTC)I'm going to attempt it when I'm more awake. thankyou SO MUCH for sharing with the rest of us!!
Edit: Okay I attempted it. It doesn't match up with my screen resolution (or something? I'm not sure - it starts tiling itself) and I don't know if I can fix that somehow, but right now am too tired to pretty much remember my own name, so trying to fix ANYTHING graphic-like isn't going to work.
Graphics themselves look AMAZING though. I'm so impressed.

Edit: Nevermind. I see what's going on... I'm going to try and make a 1280x1024 one for my desktop, but the graphics probably won't be as sharp. Hm. Is that your screen resolution as well?
