queenmaab's most of the day. Worked on a scarf for alorarose and made a couple cellphone dangle things. Didn't really finish either.
Attiscbh28's right now. Came over with pizza about 6pm and watched the History Channel's Star Trek special. It's not really what I thought it was going to be -- more of a documentary about the Christie's auction that happened in October. So. Not really that exciting, but it was really cool to see all that stuff.
While cleaning up my inbox, I found an e-mail fromgoddessoftea about the auction. Check out the site and on a whim I checked to see how much the catalogue was. (I saw it on eBay for $350) $60 for the two-volume set or $500 for the set and a DVD that's probably just the crap program I saw. So. Erm. I bought it. They showed pages from it on the special and it was just really cool -- the last piece of Star Trek anything I will probably ever buy. I'm rationalizing the purchase with my tax refund. Yes. I know. I am SAD. [Edit: Uhm. I bought the $60 one.]
Won this trench coat for my Doctor Who costume. Yays!
The Dresden Files still sucks. Watching Battlestar right now. Good ep. High drama.

Date: 2007-02-28 05:00 pm (UTC)(Dang, you remind me -- I've been all over wanting to go ahead and order my Doctor hat so I'll have it ready when I finish my scarf so I can take the finished-item photo of the scarf draped over our hat rack that looks just like the TARDIS hatrack with the hat on the rack as well. But I am way overdue on starting to hunt around online for a man's tweed coat so I can get a better sense of how much I'll wind up paying and how close I can get to something that looks like Four's coat.)
