So this MySpace thing? Is completely ass backwards. I consider myself pretty internet savvy, but I couldn't figure out how to edit my profile or tweak some settings and that made me feel DUMB. Also? The commenting system is gimpy. How do you know who's talking to whom? How do you know when someone replies to a comment you made -- do you just have to obsessively check all your friends' pages? (Clearly I am entirely used to the threaded LJ comment hierarchy thingy.) And for the love of god, people, the loading music and blinding colors and FLASHING THINGS! Let us not speak of the ADS and the six thousand buttons I have to push to do one thing. What the frak, people? Why do you use this shit?

Okay. Gotta go install a gallery for eretria (yaaaay! :D), wrap some Christmas gifts, and knit! Full night. Yep.

I HATE MYSPACE... but I have one. WHY?? Because I wanted to be hunted down by ex-boyfriends from high school!! ... no, no... that wasn't it. OH YES, I wanted to keep up with family and friends. That's why. OMG why is there another request to take pictures of my feet for some guy??! I must like pain, that's the only reason I'm there. DEAR GOD I burned out a retina on that site. I think I'll go have an epileptic seizure now. WHEEE!

YAY indeed. Makes me wish I didn't have to go to my sister's (about 400 km away from home) this weekend so I could spend oodles of time getting the gallery up and running.
