amezriThe tactical gear I ordered came by FedEx today! w000000t!
I'll just copy and paste what I wrote at the SG-C:
The item was the Infinity Tactical SWAT Officer Tactical Pack from JungleToy.com. It's advertised as a vest, the holster, and a belt.
I ordered mine on 7/15 and it arrived by FedEx today (7/22).
Everything came in good order in the box. The vest fits me well enough that I probably wouldn't look like I was swiming in it. The one problem I do have is that it's a bit long for my torso, so if I looped the belt through the loops, it would hang below my hips XD
Before I ordered, I know I had a question about the loops on the upper left side on the pocket and if they were velcroed or sewn on -- I'm happy to report that they are attached with velcor, so once that piece is pulled off, it looks just like the vest Sheppard wears in the season 2 promo stills.
I'm not so keen on the belt that comes with it, as I like the look of the belt Sheppard uses (with the grommets) better. However, I think it looks like the one McKay has on in the promo images, so it'll do for now.
The holster looks almost identical to the BlackHawk one I'd purchased a few months ago so... now I have two, I guess.
As a bonus that I didn't realize I was getting, they also sent along the Boy I Pump Action 870 Sawed-Off Shot Gun (airsoft) for free. I was sort of surprised when I saw it in the box. It's very cheap. I have no idea what I'm going to do with the thing.
