I've pretty much wasted away my entire weekend...

Friday after work,

thebigfatman came over for dinner and plans to watch more SGA, but things beyond anyone's control happened, and the fun was moved to her place where we watched more of 10 Things I Hate About You and an episode of Farscape: "Crackers Don't Matter." Oh, John Crichton, I heart you so. I'm sure I scared but

thebigfatman and

pgnblade with the insanity. There's never a perfect introduction to the show as it's really story driven, but "Crackers" is great for a laugh.

Saturday, I went with mom to the Shaker craft fair where we bought two Debra Batcher vessels. One has a really pretty blue crystal glaze, which I totally love. Her pieces were crazy expensive at Departure, so I was pretty happy to buy them from her directly at a much more affordable price. Also stopped by the Summit Soapworks booth and picked up a load of lip balm and soaps.

Afterwards we went to see The Devil Wears Prada, which was completely fun. It was just shiny and pretty and I like Anne Hathaway. Bonus points for Adrian Grenier, Tracie Thoms (Mahandra!!), Simona Baker, and general fashion world cattiness. Later that night I watched The Pacifier, which I borrowed from

pgnblade. Vin Diesel, you are such a dork. I love that Lauren Graham got to kick some ass in it.

Today I had planned to sit in front of a computer and catch up on as much SGA fic as I could. That totally didn't happen as spent all day on the couch watching the Project Runway season 1 marathon. I had missed a lot of the show because i didn't start watching until the end, so it was cool to see. I'm sort of sad they didn't show the reunion special because I love those.

I have some plans for the week, some of which are fun... some not. Wednesday is Pirates 2 with

queenmaab and

mcmi11ions. Friday I have a dentist appointment so am getting out of work early. It's also SciFi Friday Premiere night so I will be glued to the couch with my laptop. I'm not nearly as geared up this year as I was last year, but I'm still very excited to watch Ben & Claud on screen, see how Rodney & Ronon escape, and find out what the heck is going on because people were dumb enough to let Baltar be president.
