amezriHappy Mother's Day to all the moms on my list :) Hope it was a good day!
Had another pretty lazy weekend. Saturday I went out and ran some errands with my mom and picked up the new Snow Patrol CD. Target was all out of Gilmore Girl sets, which kinda made me sad, but also glad that the temptation to buy them was removed :-P I was supposed to go to Tulip Fest, but i thought it was going to rain all day and then finally just didn't feel like it. Meh. Instead, I laid on the couch an watched Advent Children, which was very shiny and the CG was oh so cool, but I'm pretty sure I'm missing a lot of the plot points and in-jokes because I never played the game. Hell, for the first 15 minutes I was all confused because I thought it was FFVIII and was wondering where Squall and Rinoa were. The fight scenes however, are a thing of beauty -- especially Tifa's in the church.
Today I just burned a lot of stuff to disk to clear out the drive and ended up watching a whole bunch of The Inside (which was interesting and quirky and dark and strange -- yay, Tim Minear!) and Traders. Good stuff. I need to watch more.
