I just had to sneak on and share the excitement -- my mother just bought us tickets to Taiwan!! So I'll be gone January 26 - February 14. And... will... you know, be without internet that WHOLE TIME. I hope there will be volunteers to help keep me informed :-P

I actually don't like tofu. It's a weird texture. Ick. I will, however, eat drid bead curd when it's cooked with those little silver fish. Yum.

To me the two types of fish are totally different, so it's okay to discriminate. Heh. Also, trhe silver ones? I only like them when they're still sort of dry. I hate when they are soggy. Ew.
