After my trip out to get the car washed and to exchange blank DVDs at Best Buy (where I also picked up Chasing Amy and the Chronicles of Narnia set), I decided to start dying fabric for ShepBear's uniform. Uhm. Yeah. That didn't go so well. I used dye remover for the khaki pants and they tuned blue. Then I rinsed them out and they look like they're going to be brown. Then the grey shirt did not dye black because... um.. I don't think this fabric has any sort of natural fiber. *sigh* And the fabric remains I bought at Joann's has some sort of weird backing so that didn't dye exactly right, but I think I got it close enough to a grey that I could use it to make a jacket, maybe pants too.

Watching Chasing Amy and then... finally... Epiphany!
