Viggo Mortensen was just on the Daily Show. That was the strangest interview ever and I'm sort of disappointed that they didn't get to talk politics. Viggo did a silly thing where he had rubber snakes & lizards put in his mug so when he came out he went to take a drink and made a face before he started pulling them out. Then he took more out of his pockets and threw them at the audiance.

The best part, though, was Jon telling Viggo that they had a staffer who was a big LotR fan and recorded him talking about Aragorn. It was Stephen Colbert! XD Viggo said yes, he'd heard about him and was sending Stephen a platter of little LoTR characters carved out of chocolate. Jon was all, "for real?" Viggo said, yes, for real. Dude. Awesome!

I love Viggo.

The only thing I liked was that Viggo looked pretty relaxed and was having fun with it. Press things are tedious, so I'm sure he enjoyed that.

But yeah. If I didn't already know about the movie and have a desire to go see, I don't think that interview convinced me to go. LOL
