amezriWork blew. I spent so much energy just trying to act normal and okay and not like a spaz that I came home and immediately crashed on the couch for an hour. Also, I must be the only person to walk into work with the intention of getting less hours and coming out with two additional shifts. *headdesk* Meh. Whatever. I'll just have to plow through this week.
One good thing that came out of work is that Brad, one of the TSA guys, is interested in commissioning a website for his aviation photography company. Basically, I'd just be responsible for the layout as he and his partner want to be able to update content on their own. Sweet. He seemed a bit scared of the price range, but I told him I could work something out once I knew what sort of design and interactivity they wanted.
My MRI results were normal. I am not surprised. My doctor says I should now pursue the Behavior Health specialist (read: psychologist). I made appointments for this Thursday and next Tuesday. Will cost a boat load, but I guess it's important to go, especially when no one can find anything physically wrong with me.

Practically, what this means is that the government will be asking broadband providers - as well as companies that manufacture devices used for broadband communications -- to build insecure backdoors into their networks, imperiling the privacy and security of citizens on the Internet. It also hobbles technical innovation by forcing companies involved in broadband to redesign their products to meet government requirements.

Also, there was a link to a Jamie Ray Newman (Lt. Cadman) interview. There are candid photos that make me ask: 1) When does Cadman get to wear Atlantis gear? 2) Why does David look so serious? 3) What the bloody hell happened to David Nykl? Also a comment: She looks way prettier in those pictures than she did on the episode. And yay, she's going to be back!
There was also a funny quote from the interview, in regards to "Duet": McKay is actually naked underneath those sheets when he wakes up in my room, during "Duet". We did it several times with nude underwear on, but it didn't look right. Finally, David stripped them off, and once he did it in the buff, the scene fell nicely into place. He was very embarrassed!
Teehee! Oh, David :-P
