jen_ella - so.... what's the plan? My boss will give me next Wednesday off if I need it, but she'd rather have me covering for someone who's asking for it off as well. But nevermind that. When do you plan on getting up here and have you decided what you wanted to do? Are you staying overnight? queenmaab said she'd meet up with us if we were doing something after work. Anyway... call or IM. Don't forget - I have the craptastic Bronco and can't take it on the highway/interstate, so....

mcshep_awards05 is still taking nominations for fic and art. I have to go through my memories and such to see what I can find to nominate.

All day today I just wanted to lock myself in a room and scream. Oh yeah, it's great living every day like that. Uh huh.

Work was... meh. I'm over this whole inventory thing. Numbers are not my strong point and backtracking all the sales data is starting to hurt my brain. I don't even want to go in tomorrow, except for the fact that I don't want to disappoint the other people who work there because they're depending on my to do my job. I wonder if I can get hypnotized like in "Office Space" to not give a crap.

My idiot doctor called the house today. Well, one of her nurses called. They want to dicuss the results of my ultrasound. Uhm. Whatever. The radiologist and the technician have both already said there was nothing -- which I already knew. You'd think I'd have noticed something in the last 7 years. Anyway... I'm sure when I call, she's just going to say there's nothing wrong. And then I'll tell her to go fuck herself and I'm getting a new primary.

On the bright side, my DeepDiscountDVD order arrived today. I'm now the owner of "Heaven" (with Blanchett & Ribisi), "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory," "Farewell to Harry" (Flanigan!), and an extra copy of "Boondock Saints" which I will be sending to groovekittie. Whee! Now I just need th time to watch these things.

Like I told Vaidah, I want to work on my next Atlantis vids (one to "Mermaid Blues" and another to "Battleflag"), but I can't be arsed to rip the clips. This weekend, I'm going to be good and work on layout commissions instead of my own stuff.

Speaking of alorarose, she just linked me to Hubble Space Telescope photographs of Sauron! *hee*

Hm. Am go to bed now.

Talked to the boss a little while ago. I get Monday off to clean, Wednesday afternoon off and then can come in late Thursday. Well.. actually, she doesn't know about the late Thursday yet XD

Either date is fine with me. I was thinking I could come up Tuesday afternoon/evening ((or I can do Wednesday to Thursday doesn't matter) . I'll gladly take you up on the offer to stay, I was having trouble finding something AA rated at least 2 stars in town - which is quite scary I must tell you. I'll have my new car so we can go anywhere we want.

Okay, Wednesday afternoon/Thursday would work best then. I'm going to see Maria on Sunday and I'll talk to her about going to Saratoga. You can either meet me at my house Wednesday afternoon or come to the airport and check out the shop :)

It would help if I read messages in order. D'oh! I'll revamp then and come Wednesday morning. When should I arrive? I don't have your cell number or anything since I am, as referenced above, an idiot. I'm thinking of going into NYC on Tuesday then depending on how my feet feel.

I'll be home around 3 or 4 on Wednesday. But, you can come whenever - Jon will be home. Just have him call me at work when you arrive. Our pool is clean and the water is pretty warm what with the weather, so you can go swimming if you like.
