I like them! They don't suck at all. Though I may have a suggestion, if it works. I don't know what programme you use to make these so. Anyway, I think the first one might look a bit less choppy if you could do a fade effect between characters. I don't know how it would really look that way without seeing it. I like it as is but I wonder how it would look with a fade.

And this is why I need an icon beta. Heh. Actually, the thing that was bothering me about that icon is that John has more frames than the others. I'll try a fade, though, and see how it looks.
