insanity in Albany

amezriUhm. I'd like to know what the bloody fuck is going on in my city. Here's what's happened today:
+ Massive fire at 572 Central Ave. - the fire started around 9pm in the 16 to 20 unit apartment. This apparently isn't the first fire in the area and there are rumors of arson. It's 11pm and the fire is still going.
+ Second homicide of the day: body of teenage girl found with stab wounds and trauma to chest. Police are still not sure where the girl came from because she doesn't match any missing person reports in the city.
+ Body found in Albany home. Teenage boy shot by 42 year old male, who apparently broke into the boy's home to steal some pot. The man has already confessed.
+ Body found in Hudson River at Troy Dock. Could possibly be the boy who went missing two weeks ago.
+ Teen allegedly raped and videotaped. "She wasn't forced to do it, but because of her age, 14 years old, obviously by law, she cannot have sex," said Miller. The frack? So, she, uh, volunteered to have sex with a dog?!
I just heard on the news that three inmates from a "local prison" somehow just walked out. And no one knows how or why. WTF?!
