Uh. Rerun next week? WTF? New episode, now!

I haven't read anyone else's reactions at this point...

Here we start with ... dude.. CLAIRE! OMG. Where is Claire?! Why do the Creep!Clan want Claire?

It wouldn't have stopped me from watching the show, but... killing Charlie, however temporarily, is just not. right. I was freaking, really. I have a thought about it though. Charlie really was dead. Possibly dead dead if he were in a real world situation. The island makes things happen. Locke wanted to walk again so badly, that he did. Walt was playing backgammon with Hurley and willing the dice to roll how he wanted. Jack couldn't accept that Charlie was dead.. and so he wasn't. *shrug* Sort of makes sense in my head.

I thought Jack was going to break a few of Charlie's ribs. Actually, he probably did....

Locke? Still freaktastic.

Sawyer? I loved that he was about to torture Sayid (he wouldn't have, the pansy) but then ended up being really interested in the French woman and the other people on the island. Sayid was all, "bitch, what do you want?"

Ethan? Feh. What.ever. He looks like a crazy cult leader. Was amused when he was kicking Jack's ass. I sortof wanted Kate to step in and give Ethan a beat down, but that would have been too Sydney-esque.

END SPOILERS

Right. Off to read some reactions and then go to bed. Just spent the evening wrapping packages to send and writing cards. Meeting [livejournal.com profile] queenmaab tomorrow to see Finding Neverland.

Yay! It makes sense to someone else!

I think it shows the most in Locke and Walt. Locke has such strength of will that he can make any of his imaginings real and Walt... well, Walt's a kid and he still probably doesn't quite grasp the grown-up concept of "can't."

I caught the last 15 minutes and was O_O!!!!

I was wibbling real bad, real real bad. But what did we learn? When in doubt just whack 'em really hard until they come back. And yes, quite miffed that there is no new episode, especially since their probably won't be one the week after cause of Christmas.

Yea that makes sense, maybe.

Ethan is funny looking, but I was realllly turned on when he was kicking Jack's ass in the rain.

And oh my god I was freaking out with Charlie. I was hyperventilating peeking through my hands muttering "NOTTHEHOBBITNOTTHEHOBBIT". So scary. JJ is evuhl.

And what do you think about the end? Aliens? Spaceship? Government secret project? I'm surprised there aren't zombies on this island.

I had the exact same thought. Hee!

Well, that is a popular theory. *g* Have you noticed the fact that the polar bear showed up after Walt was reading a comic book that had a polar bear in it? :D

It's kinda like a whole Sphere thing.

Hmmm...I hadn't thought of that...and I did read in an article that Jurassic Park was a huge influence, which seems to me that Crichton's storytelling may somehow be playing a huge role in the plot.

After all, Sayid didn't hear voices until after he was told about them.

Whoa. I completely missed the polar bear in the comic, or the possible significance of Sayid only hearing the voices after being told they were out there. This is one reason I'm planning a reviewing marathon one of these coming weekends, to catch that stuff that blew past me the first time around...

Oh my God...you're SO right about Charlie. I was like, "They can't kill off Dom's character...he's too big of a draw for the show." But your theory about making things happen that you WANT to happen on the island makes perfect, perfect sense. :)

Poor Charlie. He totally has broke ribs.

And this was the FIRST episode ever that I thought Sawyer actually LOOKED hot. Something about the lighting, and the way his hair fell over his eyes when talking to Sayid... yummm...

I pretty much figured Charlie's resurrection was supernatural because Jack wasn't doing anything at all genuinely effective to revive him, and also we didn't know how long he'd been hanging there before they found him. Hadn't quite connected the stuff that happens on the island to being connected to suggestion and will and imagination, but a fun idea.
