Think he's going to keep trying until your brother tells him he's not interested. Because for all he knows, either your brother can be talked into it or your family is trying to protect your brother by keeping him away from the nasty icky recruiters... (Though, you know, if your brother had been all gung-ho to enlist against your family's wishes, he could have pretty much found a recruitment center himself.)

My brother did tell him he wasn't interested and that he'd be going to college. He calls back every month or so to see if my brother is still at college.
