rr troubles
Sep. 29th, 2004 11:10 pmDear Time Warner National Call Center,
Your techs are idiots. When I tell you that the CABLE light on the modem is going out, do NOT tell me it's my computer or my router. NONE of these are between the cable line and the cable modem. They should not act all surprised when the signal actually DOES die, nor should they CONTINUE to tell me that it's my router. The only spot of intelligence demonstrated in my latest call was transfering me to a "local modem technician."
No love. Ever.

Dear Brian,
Thank you for being a competent support tech. Thank you for seeing that there's a FLAT SPOT in the line and that I have an abnormally weak signal. I'm not happy that I have to wait until Monday, but at least you didn't make me argue for someone to come out to look at... whatever it is they are supposed to look at.
much love,
Me
