selling stuff on half.com & ebay

Erm.. .. so Half.com is closing down in October? That.. sucks. In any case, I've got some books for sale at Half.com for now.

Oh, and one auction for an Imzadi audiobook I found this morning. Listing fees kind of suck.

Going to go finish up some packing and then gotta go run some errands. Yays.

Yes, Half.com is closing and it pisses me off. I've sold a ton of stuff on Half.com and it's a million times easier than fucking around with eBay. I've listed a few things on eBay and *none* of them have sold. It's a big freakin' waste of time for me.

They say it's being assimilated into ebay, but it seems that it's basically just becoming eBay with a section for textbooks. I dunno. I dislike this whole having to pay for a listing thing when you don't even know if the book or whatever is going to sell.

That is bullshit. eBay charges you when it lists and then takes a cut when it sells, and it only goes for a week or two. Half.com you can leave it up there till someone takes it. What a pain.

Mrph. I can't believe half.com is closing or whatever. It was such a nice site for getting stuff. I'd never gotten around to selling on it yet.
