Just got back from watching Troy.

Everything you guys said about the movie was right. Heh. Eric Bana basically carries the film. Brad Pitt was decent as Achilles. Orlando's only function as Paris was to sit and be pretty. Also, the strange array of accents was odd. The end credit song needs to be dragged in the street and shot. Achilles and Briseis? Uhm. Okay. And of course Orlando has only a handful of expressions. I wonder if Paris was really Legolas with a dye job XD

I took a long break from the review and now I've forgotten what I was going to say. Hrm. Oh well. I'm sure you've all said what I was going to say. I'll probably remember more later. It's definitely DVD-able. Two months after the release, used from Blockbuster.

Worked some more on the gallery. Got pictures from this year's SUCO graduation and Chad's wedding, as well as some random things. I realized too late that all the photos I tagged yesterday... had the wrong tag >_< But I can't change it now. Can't reupload without deleting the entire album first. Oh well. No one really cares, I'm sure. Photoshop's batch function is my friend.

Paris was really Legolas with a dye job

And lower standards. Kind of hurts the big epic romance when you're not feeling Paris/Helen at all. Meh.

I'm also curious on where all this Eric Bana hotness has been hiding. Wasn't seeing it in The Hulk, but Troy it was crazy gratuitous. I certainly hope they don't try hiding it again for Hulk 2.

It was good entertainment, but a bad adaptation of a literary work. Eric Bana rocked tho!
