New DVDs on May 25th!

One, obviously is Return of the King! I'm hoping to get to Best Buy so I can snag one of the free EW special edition magazines that's exclusive to Best Buy. I'm sure they'll all be gone by the time I get out of work though :-/

And... something I know most people will roll their eyes at... Underworld Unrated Extended Cut! 23 minutes of extra footage, new commentary with Kate & Scott, and - best of all - bloopers! Do I want to spend the $25 on it? Uhm. YES.

I'm hoping both will end up on sale.

ETA: If I Best Buy doesn't have any more magazines when I go, I'm definitely just going to stop by Target, which will be selling RotK for $15.

What makes it unrated?
I really wanted to see it, but I heard it was really bad. D:

*shrug* There's apparently not more violence or sexual stuff than was in the theatrical version - I think the companies just like calling them that so they're not really responsible for rating the extra footage.

A lot of people thought it was really bad. And ti kind of was because they chopped out a whole bunch of backstory and character things. Hopefully this edition will fix some of that. I really liked the cinematography and the imagery - the story was kind of interesting, but it needed to be developed more.
