amezriI'm not depressed. Just using the icon 'cause I tweaked it today with lyrics from Matchbox 20's "Unwell."
It rained a lot today. It rained so much it filled our pool with almost 2 inches of water. Our inground pool with slide & diving board. That's a lot of water.

Can someone tell me who's writing/approving the headlines at TheOneRing.net? They are absolutely horrible: The Serkis Comes to Sweden and ET Bursts Story on Wood's Appendix
Got my BN.com orders today. Yay! Nigel Kennedy: East Meets East, Arabian Travels 2, and Geroge Sarah's Opus Eleven.
After mom came home from work, we took the death!mobile to get gas and then made a quick stop at the grocery store. I drove 'cause I needed to see if I could drive the thing to work on Thursday. Hrm. I guess I can, but if I go over 30mph, it feel like it's going to blow up. That and I can't see that well out the back, or the sides, so I could be crushing the little cars. Oh, yes, I almost hit a woman (who was walking past the car) while I was pulling into the gas station because my mom kept telling me to go forward and I thought I was too close to the pump, so I wasn't paying attention. Well... the woman is probably feeling a bit more alive now. Heh. Made it back, parked super-crooked, and have discovered that the muffler is also going. Yay? During dinner, I played the last episode of Xena, so I have now watched and reviewed all the VCDs I ordered. All of them worked, too! Woohoo! The finale left me with some questions like.. does Gabby have some sort of psychosis? And I'd like to have seen a spin-off with Gabby & Virgil. Was also rather amused that 90% of the "Japanese" were played by Malaysians, Chinese, or Koreans. The strangest, by far, was the warlord with the Kiwi accent. Was thinking about buying the Director's Cut DVD online, but it's $37+shipping used at Amazon and $14+shipping on eBay. Hrm. Actually, I can get it for $18 at BN.com, so I think I'll do that. I don't remember what the store price is. Either way, I'm getting it. Whee! I heart commentary and behind the scenes stuff.
