All my sites at hostpc.com are back up and running. No data loss and they fixed the permission errors for me. ^_^ The hardware issues really weren't their fault, and I appreciate the speed in which they restored everything. So, while this was a huge system error, I would still recommend them as they strive to provide great service at a low price. Yes.

ATTN: People going to Dragon*Con and Xena Fans

I can't attend Dragon*Con and as that's where a lot of the Xena dealers will be, I need your help!!

I'm looking for the pilot episode of "Amazon High" (also goes by "Amazon Nation"), clips of which were used in the Xena episode, "Lifeblood." This is supposed to be a full 2-hour (erm, minus commericals) pilot. Quality is iffy. I contacted Dragon*Con and they know nothing about it, so I'm hoping there might be a dealer who still has one.

I am willing to pay $40 (plus shipping) for a VHS or VCD copy. If you can find it and would be willing to snag it, I will write you a check or send the money through paypal and I will love you forever!

It rained a lot today. It rained so much it filled our pool with almost 2 inches of water. Our inground pool with slide & diving board. That's a lot of water.

Got my BN.com orders today. Yay! Nigel Kennedy: East Meets East, Arabian Travels 2, and Geroge Sarah's Opus Eleven.

After mom came home from work, we took the death!mobile to get gas and then made a quick stop at the grocery store. I drove 'cause I needed to see if I could drive the thing to work on Thursday. Hrm. I guess I can, but if I go over 30mph, it feel like it's going to blow up. That and I can't see that well out the back, or the sides, so I could be crushing the little cars. Oh, yes, I almost hit a woman (who was walking past the car) while I was pulling into the gas station because my mom kept telling me to go forward and I thought I was too close to the pump, so I wasn't paying attention. Well... the woman is probably feeling a bit more alive now. Heh. Made it back, parked super-crooked, and have discovered that the muffler is also going. Yay? Hey thebigfatman: If I don't make it to work on Thursday, then I probably died in a horrible accident. Or am stuck in the middle of Central Ave.

During dinner, I played the last episode of Xena, so I have now watched and reviewed all the VCDs I ordered. All of them worked, too! Woohoo! The finale left me with some questions like.. does Gabby have some sort of psychosis? And I'd like to have seen a spin-off with Gabby & Virgil. Was also rather amused that 90% of the "Japanese" were played by Malaysians, Chinese, or Koreans. The strangest, by far, was the warlord with the Kiwi accent. Was thinking about buying the Director's Cut DVD online, but it's $37+shipping used at Amazon and $14+shipping on eBay. Hrm. Actually, I can get it for $18 at BN.com, so I think I'll do that. I don't remember what the store price is. Either way, I'm getting it. Whee! I heart commentary and behind the scenes stuff.
