I'm home. This sucks.

Jumping online for a bit to check e-mail and a few sites. Everyone's IMing me asking how it feels to be done with college. It's weird. I don't really feel like I'm done. I feel like I'm on break and soon I'm going to have to go back. In fact, it doesn't even feel like the semester's over.

Tickets for "The Boy From Oz" at the Imperial Theater are on sale now through Sept. 14th. (Jen says to go with front center mezzanine)

Want to go. Don't know if mom will be down in the city then. I sure as hell am not staying with my father.

It's freezing in the basement, which is good for the computer, but I think I'm going to keep it upstairs for awhile. I think it's about 72 up there and if I put a fan or two in my room, it'll be okay. I hope. Nothing like burning out the computer partway through a project :-P

Can I go back to school?

It's so weird -- I know that cold is better for computers than heat, but my sound works better the warmer it is in my room. (Which is just as well, with my room being the least climate-controlled in the house and it getting into summer now...)

Sound like speakers or sound like sound card? I think heat is supposed to be better for speakers...

Processors on computers run faster and better at cold temps ^_^

It wouldn't surprise me a bit if it were the speakers -- cause when the sound is about half working, I'll get certain songs that play only partially, as though the speaker on one side was working and on the other wasn't. (For example, the Dropkick Murphys' "Rocky Road to Dublin" plays background music and backup vocals but not lead vocals when the speakers are about half-working.)
