Because I pretty much have. Even though it's exhausting running around, I like being able to say I did something with my day. Had two appointments this afternoon. The first was in the science building where I had to check out a new Dell attached to an atomic spectromitor. It was scary. Anyway, there wasn't really anything wrong with it. After that, I got some soup for lunch and then had another appointment three floors up. On the ticket, it all looked really simple - bring up the printer cable, hook it up and install the software. Only.. I get up there and it's the wrong cable >_< Went back downstairs and found the right cable, but then upstairs I find out he needed a powerstrip. Went back downstairs and retrieved one. Back upstairs, hooked everything up, and.. his password doesn't work. Oookay. No problem, I just log in to the admin account to install the software and reset his password. Great. The printer won't print the test page. Restart the machine. Prints beautifully. The professor was really cool about it all and we chatted a little bit about our Motorola cellphones, my brief career in Spanish-learning, and how difficult computers are.

Finally turned in my Digital Photo project, which I think the Prof liked. So, yay me. Also, showed his a trick in Photoshop, which is points for me. Eee! but then he showed us this awesome tip for copying all visible layers in Photoshop to a new layer: CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+E (for PC) - sooo nifty. Went back to my room quick to snag some movies that I was hoping to get played during Graphic Design. Didn't 'cause he had a lecture. Waited for most of the class to be over before I put the Escaflowne Movie into one of the G3s. Watched about 20mins before it was time to bust a move to the meal hall. Dave's borrowing the DVD.

Spent the rest of my night working on websites. The Icon Me site needed tweaking as the layer with the text was showing up under the background image, thus causing problems in Macs. I thnk I've fixed it.. will check tomorrow. Also spat out the CUAC site, which I'm not loving, but oh well. I'll have to confer with Chardo tomorrow for additional editing and layout issues. Also updated the Alias Random Recon site with a bit of trivia.

And that asshole who said he'd sent me the Evo VCDs and snapped at me to have patience? Yeah, I haven't seen them yet. Sent Saff a package 4 days ago, and she's got it already. Where's my stuff, you thief!
