The day went pretty poorly. I don't know what's going on. I feel shitty and depressed and this snow and cold is not helping at all. I need some kind of motivation. Or someone to slap me. That might motivate me. ... Probably not. My impending graduation is not at all appealing. I'm not ready to be totally responsible and independant; it's not a little bit scary. Still, I can't be the one who gets left behind just because I'm a chicken and secretly harbor a fear of driving - which is a vital skill in the real world. Sometimes I wonder if I'm purposefully sabotaging myself. It's likely. I've done it before.

Had some war thoughts today as I was heating food. The US is expecting that Saddam will let them check on the POWs because the Geneva convention says so. Um, right. So, you think that this "evil dictator" who is supposedly hiding weapons of mass destruction from everyone, even the sanctioned UN inspection team, and is killing his own people will let you have access to your people for a health check? No disrepect for the people who have been captured, but the US and cohorts invaded his fucking country. If I were him, I probably wouldn't let the med teams in either. Fuck you assholes and your Geneva convention. Gods know you're not adhereing to them. *cough*Guantanamo Bay*cough* What do you think this is, a playdate?

1. When did you start watching Alias? Were you hooked up from the start or did it take a while?
Caught the last half of "Truth Be Told/So It Begins" on ABC when it first aired. When it was over, I was immediately pissed that I had missed the beginning. Hooked from the beginning I was.

2. Have you seen all the episodes?
Yep. Got all of them on tape, some several times. I have the Emmy Nom DVD with "Truth Be Told/So It Begins" and "Page 47." My preciousssss.

3. Which is your favorite season so far? Care to tell me why?
Urg, so hard to choose. I'm gonna have to go with season 2 as it stands because I'm a masochist when it comes to TV, and JJ has certainly loved leaving us with killer revelations this season. Although, I still love season 1 with its weekly cliffhangers and that trademark fetish outfit from "Almost Thirty Years."

"Phase One." Filled with all my favorite type of moments: Weiss/Vaughn banter, Syd kicking ass, Sark screentime, and don't forget Syd/Vaughn kissage.

Vaughn! ^__^ With an honorable mention to Marshall.

Still Syd/Vaughn. Don't think I'll ever get sick of them.

I don't think she's either. Or maybe she's both. All I know it that she's one of the most complex and dynamic characters I've seen on television. You want to like her and believe that in the end she'll prove that she's on the "right" side, but her recent actions are contradictory.

17. There's been speculation that Sark might be related to one of the characters. If so, whose brother do you think he is?
Everything I've heard points to Syd. But whose son his is would be an even creepier revelation.

18. Who in your opinion are Syd's real parents?
Jack and Irina.

19. What is in your opinion the meaning of #47? Coincidence? More?
It's a conspiracy! Er.. though I have no idea what it means. The secret of life maybe? :)

20. Do you own any Alias merchandise?
The Declassified book, the "Recruited" novel, an Emmy Nom DVD, a mug, and some various other things. So getting season 1 DVDs in September! :-D

No.. but I really should jump on the Vartanho bandwagon.

Weiss and Vaughn getting wasted at a bar. Just 'cause.. the fun. Actually, I'd really like to see Vaughn kick Spy!Daddy's ass.

Um, if ABC cancelled the show.
