The Big Bad announcement speech we all thought was going to happen? Yeah. Evil!Cordy has once again pulled the wool over their eyes. The baby is freaky and weird and definitely evil. Can someone please wake up and kill it? Smite it! Smite the demon spawn!
Hey, Electro!Slut's back. Doing some deals and getting struck by lightening. And that guy is an ass for running off.
Finally the revelation about Lilah. Poor Wesley. And Angel apologizing to Wes was quite interesting.
Gwen stops by the mansion to recruit Gunn for some sneaky, slutty mission. Fred is obviously bi as she was jealous.
Connor's putting things together - finally. Except Evil!Cordy (who seems to be acting much better) is trying to sway him again. With that silly "I can only trust you" speech. Then she goes right into the "some day I will ask you tokill everyone do something for me because I only trust you," ploy.
Why is it that the Asians get kidnapped? Also, the cross casting is starting to wear thin on me. Could someone shoot wardrobe for that horrible outfit Gwen is in?
Gunn is one smooth operator. I actually followed a bit of that Japanese, which means that Gunn watches about as much anime as the average geek. Oh, and samurai movies. Very swift stealing the jade tiger from Gwen, but Gwen was swifter stealing it back.
Fact 1: I love Wes. I really, really do.
I can't decide if Angel's already figured it out and is just messing with Evil!Cordy or if he really doesn't know. Either way, it was a little amusing watching Evil!Cordy squirm as Angel bad-mouthed the Beast's Master.
Fact 2: Gwen is a crazy, back-stabbing bitch. But then again, the chick can argue him back into by telling him he can keep the suit. Pfft. Well, he did sell his soul for a truck.
My theory so far: either that last bolt fried her system, or she's just losing control and needs the regulator chip for herself. If not, maybe the chip works to make her "normal" and not with the electro-powers anymore.
If Gwen and Gunn get together I'm going to put a finger down my throat. Oh, there it goes. ::rams finger down throat::
But the pay off was definitely the ending. Was nearly sure Lorne was going to bite the dust, but they pulled the big fake out. So enjoyed that moment more than any I've seen this season. Probably because this means the end of Evil!Cordy's poor, poor acting.
"Put me on the short bus and send me off to clueless school." - Lorne
"Well, congratulations, you're going to have a grandspawn." - Gunn
Fred: But you hated her... Didn't you?
Wesley: It's not always about holding hands.
"It's not an X-Box, just put it on." - Gwen
"Has Cordy been a bad, bad girl?" - Lorne
