The Chinese shaman. Amusing, but his broken Mandarin is very annoying. That flamethrower is either going to come in really handy or be really dangerous.
I'm still loving the menacing energy of Angelus. David Boreanaz should only play bad guys. That line about girls loving guys with accents - he's not wrong.
Oooer... Lilah's back and about to let Angelus out. That can't be good. She's a bit insane and.. dumb.. if she thinks she can just talk him into helping her.
Gunn is breaking up with Fred? Woohoo! *cough* I mean, awww...
"The Beast has a boss." I think that line should have a lot more weight to it, but it felt a little empty to me. *shrug*
Gunn. Shut up. Seriously if that boy doesn't stop acting like an idiot I'm gonna go sew his mouth shut myself. The whole Gunn & Angelus conversation was fantastic! Well... only because I love the fact that Angelus just rips out everyone's doubt and weakness and shoves it in their face.
St. Cordelia.. also a stupid plot device that is all too convenient to employ whenever. One week she's got all these cool powers and the next she just stands around doing nothing. The visions haven't been important lately and.. hey isn't Cordy half-demon?
Wesley/Angel shippers everywhere are rejoicing.
Chumash?! Nice, bizarre continuity. (The Chumash tribe was featured in the Buffy episode, "Pangs")
I heart Lorne. Just saying.
Okay, I like Angel. More than I did, I guess. He's smart and he's set up a good strategy - even the team-ups are nice. Oh.. nevermind. That was the all-time greatest fake out. Heh. David swtiches so well between the two personas. And.. is it just me or does Fred look really pretty this episode. *scratches head*
Oh. Damn. All of LA is filled with vampires and Angelus can't get a meal. Hahahaha. Loved the ending with him causing menace a la "Passions" at the hotel.
Cordelia=evil. Black magic to get back Angel's soul? I don't think so. Even Willow wouldn't have used that.. she's probably just use the Romany spell again. Hell, wasn't Cordelia there then? I think she would have remembered that.
Uhm, right then. So Cordelia is an agent of evil - letting Angelus out, killing Lilah. (I loved Lilah!!) This is very interesting. I'm wondering if maybe that's not really Cordelia and is just an evil doppleganger - possibly even an avatar for the Beast's boss - and the "real" Cordelia is still up in wherever rolling her eyes and yelling at them for being so stupid. I can see that happening.
