No really. I've been trying to give it a chance but.. what the hell is going on?! Satan rising from the ground. Lilah going goody-goody (well, that's actually interesting). Killing Gavin. Zombies. ZOMBIES! I think we are not understanding the full depth of the lameness here. Zombies. I liked it better when I saw it the first time and it was called "RESIDENT EVIL".

The best part of this episode: [edited to correct lines]

Connor: What's a zombie?
Angel: An undead thing.
Connor: Like you.
Angel: No. They're slow-moving dim-witted things that crave human flesh.
Connor: Like you.
Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

And of course....

Let's see how this compares to Resident Evil:

+ Zombies in a corporate office
+ Zombies get up at very suspensful, slow-moving times
+ trama to the head kills the zombie
+ the little girl in the white room is like the Red Queen
+ being bitten turns you into a zombie (well, that's normal zombie lore)
+ supporting hero gets swamped by zombies, but saves himself

Since when did Angel have a photographic memory? Oh.. and the evil thing does a nice thing and sends them back. That's nice.

This has to be worse than Buffy. >_< Especally with plot-hole Electro-chick coming back next week. This is a disaster.
