I'm trying to fix this stupid computer for my mom's friend. But it's giving me blue-screens of death every 30 seconds. Argh. And better still, that trackball mouse she wanted installed is just not working. ::kicks cpu:: You'd think I know what to do, what with working at a Help Desk and all. Pfft. Yeah right.

Maybe I'll just get my brother to piece her together a new machine from our spare parts....
