Er, I'm not sure. Customers have a special Help desk that they need to ask questions through and I haven't had to use it yet, but they seem very prompt. Anywho, I bought an account with them. ^_^** Seems gret so far... not that I have any sites up yet. My brother has an account here: http://www.eternalvox.net/~projectv
