Customer Dis-Information Line is more like it.

I know Customer Service sucks ass - I work at a Help Desk - I get it. But come on! I ask about when I get my new card and the guy tells me it will be sent out half-way through the month and that I'll probably get it before the end of the month.

Thanks for nothing, you useless son of a hezmet!
