Joe Pantaliano was in Albany visiting the state Capitol to help promote a proposed $10 million Motion Picture Fund the state Assembly hopes will attract independent film production in New York state. Some female lawmakers boycotted the press conference, protesting an ep of The Sopranos where Pantaliano's character beat a 20-year-old pregnant woman to death.

Overheard some girl say that James Gandolfini (The Sopranos) is purchasing property on Main St. Here. In Oneonta. Um... why? They just built that hotel... and all the windows ended up being crooked. Why the hell would he want to set up shop here?
