My eyes! My eyes!
Oct. 20th, 2001 09:54 pmNot just saying that because I've been watching TV since 10:30AM, either. Well, okay, partially because of that, but mostly from a really gag worthy scene from Angel.
So... let's see what I watched today:
Buffy: "Afterlife" and "Flooded"
Angel: "Carpe Noctem"
X-Men: Evolution: "Power Surge" and "Fun and Games"
The Lost World: Season Premiere
Farscape: "Scratch N' Sniff" and most of "Fractures"
Andromeda: "Exit Strategies"
Mutant X: "I Scream the Body Electric"
Currently watching the new USA Original movie, "WolfGirl" with Victoria Sanchez as Tara the Wolf Girl, Tim Curry, Nate Dushku (brother of Eliza Dushku), and Shawn Ashmore (last seen as Bobby "Iceman" Drake in "X-Men"). Dov Tiefenbach plays Ryan, the kid who gives Tara the cure for her disease. He's creepy. I don't like him
Anywho.. check out the review from this past week at Monkey Crack. Going back to watch the movie now.

Date: 2001-10-20 10:52 pm (UTC)And yeah...as much as I love Willow, she's really starting to worry me. Three-fold is going to bite her in the ass. HARD. >_<
And the tiff with Giles...ieeeee. Although Im suprised he didnt bring up anything from the Ripper days. THAT may have gotten thru to her blase additude re: magick.
Re:
Date: 2001-10-21 08:37 am (UTC)I don't know if the Ripper thing would have gotten through to her. She seems very "I know exactly what I'm doing" and would probably reply with something in that line of thinking. Willow really thinks she has a handle on it all. Which.. you know.. she doesn't. :-/

Date: 2001-10-21 11:33 am (UTC)Will is being WAY arrogant. Giles was right on the money when he called her 'stupid' and a 'rank arrogant amatuer'. But EEEEEE. *wince*
I REALLY think her whole back peddaling after the 'dont piss me off' speech was just to appease him...it sounded like she was just going thru the motions saying it. And Giles KNEW that. The look on his face was PAINFUL.
And he also looked so sad when he reached out to Buffy on the couch and she moved away.
Not a good week for Giles. ;_;
