Talyn is being difficult this morning. After having successfully torrented SG1 9.11, he's decided that even though the connection to the router is perfectly fine, there will be no connecting to sites or AIM. Other computers connected in the house were still able to load pages, so it's just me. Lovely. This is the second wirless/connection problem I've had since installing new RAM and I'm really hoping it's not related. It could be, though, couldn't it? Glargh. I only had time to do a restart and not a full shut down before I had to leave for work. Hopefully when I start it up later again tonight, everything will be fine.

At work now. Have to do inventory. Meh. And then write directions for a register procedure. Also, hags need to stop coming in, grabbing stuff and throwing it back on the shelves. I am not amused.

Work-safe spam, anyone? I'm here for many, many hours.

bowling

Have just gotten back from birthday bowling fun with thebigfatman (whose birthday it was), pgnblade, and friends. It was lots of fun. I haven't bowled in ages and I started off pretty sucky, but ended up doing pretty okay.

Am using Talyn now and the wireless seems fine. I have no idea. He's probably just being fussy. pgnblade says he'll take a look tomorrow. Which is when I am going over to get Schrodinger put together. YAY!

Okay, off to bed. Battery is dying and I'm kinda gonna let it. heh. 30 minutes on one charge is a really sucky length of time. My next Talyn purchase will totally be an 8 cell battery.
