(no subject)

So... I e-mailed hostpc this morning because I was still not getting an answer. Joe e-mailed back immediately and asked why I was unsatisfied. I told him all about it and that the problems were too many - even spread so far apart. And hey, could someone at least have told me that I was getting my account suspended?

I just checked my mail and the jerk cancelled my account and (at least) refunded the unused portion. Dude. WTF? I didn't say that I was going to cancel - he wanted to know why I wasn't happy and I told him. I said I thought about switching, but haven't. Wow. Way to work customer service.

My only hope is that he cancelled the correct account and left signalroom.net alone.. because now I have to see if I can switch signalroom over to globat soon. Argh. So annoyed.

hosting issues

After I got home from work, Bree set me up with a hosting account and helped me move databases around for signalroom. That site wasn't the one that was cancelled by hostpc, but I'll be removing myself from their services shortly :-P

For eternalvox, I bought a new globat account, so I can upload lots of tomination things and kill bandwidth. or something. Yes. Anyway, they were having a nice 3 month free sale, so after the $30 refund from hostpc, I ended up paying only $40. YAY! so, hopefully that'll be up and running tomorrow.

Signal Room is going to have a new phpbb, which is cool. IY wants a birthday mod, which I found, but it's going to be a bitch and a half to install. Oh well.

Tired. Am go to bed now.
