Nov. 8th, 2004 03:07 pmSo... I e-mailed hostpc this morning because I was still not getting an answer. Joe e-mailed back immediately and asked why I was unsatisfied. I told him all about it and that the problems were too many - even spread so far apart. And hey, could someone at least have told me that I was getting my account suspended?
I just checked my mail and the jerk cancelled my account and (at least) refunded the unused portion. Dude. WTF? I didn't say that I was going to cancel - he wanted to know why I wasn't happy and I told him. I said I thought about switching, but haven't. Wow. Way to work customer service.
My only hope is that he cancelled the correct account and left signalroom.net alone.. because now I have to see if I can switch signalroom over to globat soon. Argh. So annoyed.
