I fell asleep yesterday around 6pm and didn't get up until 8am this morning. Uh.... not good. So obviously I haven't seen last night's Alias. Will be downloading that today and watching tomorrow, hopefully. I still need to burn all those Angel episodes so I have room for Alias downloads.

My father wants me to go with him so he can drop of his spiffy new car for repairs. Again. I think he's taken it in every other week for the last year. I'm thinking this is why used cars are good :-P

Hrm. Should go get food.

ups and downs for today...

On the downside... I just recieved a letter from WETA. They don't have any open positions at the moment, but they're keeping my CV and portfolio on file for the future. Oh well. It was nice to get a letter at least...

On the upside... I finished two layouts, added some mood icons, and got a tax refund check for nearly $300!

Now I have to decide... if I want to blow my refund money or save it and whether or not I want to go to dinner with my parents and their friends (ones I actually like). On the one hand, there is free food - possibly a nice salad - but on the other there is the fact that my father will make disparaging remarks about... everyone.

But finding a Nokia (which I love) that works on the Verizon network is near impossible. So far I can get a 2285 or a 8290.

hathien, is this the phone you have? Was thinking of getting it if the auction stays low enough, but I was wondering what the battery life is like. My Motorola gets about 5 days stand by at the moment.
