Mike is gonna reformat my computer today. I can't find two of my software disks - WinDVD and Office 97. Hopefully he has Office XP for me. Also have to remember to get the SuperDHCP fix so my internet connection won't be retarded. Gah. I hope I have drivers for my EtherNet card. :-/

I hate computers. But at least now I can start it all over. I am going to name them this time. Dunno what yet, though.

Well... my computer is all reformatted and stuff now. I've got the basic stuff in, like burning software, DVD player, er.. and I guess that's it. It's gonna take all night to get everything in.

One thing I am seriously kicking myself for: I didn't back up any of my favorite place. ::kicks self::

I can probably refind everything, but if you have links for the old WR authors, I'd really appreciate it.

Well, things are going slowly. I've installed a bunch of my core programs, like Winzip, Winamp, WakeMeUp, and my new LJ client - Semagic. It's an interesting little thing.. pretty complex. The interface is gonna take some getting used to after a year of using the other client. But it has this nifty preview function and spell check, which never worked right for me in the old client.

Strike that... spellcheck doesn't seem to work in this one either. ::rolls eyes:: Oh well... off to install AOL Instant Messenger.
