Work was weird today. There were system issues so everyone in my department was pretty much sunk and had no work to do - except for me because I could still do research. Blah.

After work, though, I met up with queenmaab to do some quick shopping (I bought more crafting supplies) before heading back to her place for dinner and crafting. W00t! I ended up working on a scarf. Uhm. Which is silly because, hi -- summer. Except I have three huge, long scarves I want for next winter and if I don't work on them now, they'll never be done.

I finally got queenmaab to watch "The Girl in the Fireplace" as well as three more Doctor Who episodes. ("Yeah? Well, I'm the Lord of Time.")

My Moo cards came in today! The laminate on one of them was all weird, but overall, I dig 'em. I think I will upload some better images to put on a paid order and get myself a nice box of them for real business card use.

That ep is kind of the whole reason why I have S2 on DVD. Fan.tas.tic. ep (although it's fairly recently lost out on favorite position).

Have you managed to watch any of S3 at all? I'm actually just seeing promos for it on Sci-Fi so between that and the finale coming up? I am pretty much *ded* from squee.

I'm really glad that was the first episode of the new Doctor Who I saw. Really grabbed me. The only issue I have is that everything in Reinette's time is way too golden. I wasn't a big fan of that look.

Yeah, Versailles did look a tad too much Caesar's Palace, didn't it?

Still baffled tho how so many folks could/can continue to ship Ten/Rose rabid like rabid things after Ten/Reinette. But oh wells. *feels alone in that opinion*

It's going to be interesting watching your reactions when you get around watching the eps ;) Especially when it hits around midseason or just after. I don't want to make you feel bad or compel you to watch more than you're already compelled, but... S3 > S1 & S2, at least for me. Started off a bit on the norm, but... oh. my. god.

Yes... it was a bit too... something. I have to try and color correct all the caps I use in icons.

We both share the Ten/Reinette love. Have no fear!

The squee going on over series 3 makes me really, really curious, but I think I will just wait until it's over so I can consume them all at once! LOL

Actually, the truth is I'm just lazy and my drives are full, so I can't get anything right now -_-;;

Dude. I admire your restraint. I'm already going to make an early bet from like ... 308 on... you're going to not be able to go from file to file fast enough. Srsly.
