All right. I haven't made an icon set in a long time, so I'm sorry if these suck. Doctor Who, series 2, sort of "Doomsday" heavy.

Same rules as always:

Omg... icons that make me cry.
Well not quite there's my melodrama for you but anywho they're gorgeous! The quotes are too beautiful too. Which songs did you use?
Taking... oh I don't know which ones I'm taking, i want them all, because they all fit together... oh oh, damn melodramatics and indecisiveness: 1 2 9 11 14(cries) 16b (cries some more)... oh bugger: 16c 17 18 18b (that is hot!) 22b 23 24 29 (the rose fanatics hate that ep, and admittedly - doctor what were you thinking?! - but it was so beautiful)
And there i am - talk about a bloody essay I've written, sorry I took so many I will credit I promise! haha

Okay, I want you to know three things. First, this is quite possibly the most brilliant set of icons I have ever seen. They're just... there are no words. :)

Second, because they're so brilliant, I am totally caving and buying an account so that I can get more icons, most of which will be these. And third, I'm adding this to my memories so that when I get an account after my exams are over, I'll know where to find them. For now, I have taken 12c.

Hi! Thanks :) Photoshop is a good program (it's what I use), but the key is basically LOTS of practice. If you google "photoshop tutorials" you'll get a lot of results -- just have a look at them and give them a try. Just learn a little at a time.

That's sort of lame advice, but it really is true -- practice and experimentation is key with PS.

Ah, thanks :) I draw those by hand with the pencil tool in PS on their own layer. Then the images under them are masked with a layer mask for the cut-out look.

I think 12c is the best match between the line and the scene. And if I wasn't already almost out of icon slots, I might grab 29b, but I'm not quite ready to give up one of the three remaining spaces for a Ten/Reinette this long after the ep. Fantastic set.
