Right. So.. let me catch up on my week so far...

Sunday
Spent the day with Annalisa. We did a ton of shopping, trying to find pieces for her Rose costume. Couldn't fnd a damn thing. I did, however, buy another copy of Firefly for gifting purposes and a new pair of pleather pants for my Aeryn costume.

seijitataki made dinner. We watched "13 Going on 30" and then David Tennant's Friday Night Project episode before the Simpsons. I haven't seen that in years... like, really, truly, years. And then she headed home beofre I watched Battlestar Galactica.

Uhm. What the bloody hell happened on BSG? They totally just did something not cool. I'm hoping it's a fake out and not permanent. Right? Right?!

Monday
Another crap day at work. Woohoo. I spent the last half of the day scrambling to get my job done because the other guy id his job at half speed. Meh. Whatever.

After work I'd meant to come home and get some work done, but instead I ended up going over to

thebigfatman and

pgnblade's as they were having a baby! Went with them to Bellevue for a few hours, but left before the delivery as a) didn't know when it would be and it was already 11pm and b) I didn't need to see that. Turns out the kid was born less than an hour later! Heh.

Tuesday
Meh. Struggled through another day at the office. One employee in particular was being annoying, but that only lasted about 10 minutes. There is a new hire that I'm sort of... wary of. But to be fair, this is my 6 year old memory going, "omg NO" so we'll see.

After work, I stopped in Best Buy to get Stargate Atlantis season 2. I'm not sure I like the box art. It's... meh. I remember the first proof being better. Also picked up the Marie Antoinette soundtrack because.. well, I haven't seen the movie, ut the tracklist is pretty cool and it's two dics for the price of one.

Met up with

queenmaab at Panera for dinner. I always get the You Pick Two thinking I'll save some money, but somehow it always ends up costing me twice the cost on the menu. Go figure. Went to QM's. She helped me fix and hem my pinstripe pants! Yays! Now they fit better and I won't trip over them as I walk. I probably could have done it myself, but it would have taken way longer and I'm sure I would have done it all wrong.

I saw the first episode of the BBC's new Robin Hood. Well, actually, I saw the first 20 minutes and found myself not at all impressed with it or the really annoying camera shots. I don't need 6 angles of him making a jump or swinging a sword, especially when the cuts are jumpy and look poorly edited. Meh.

Got to talk with

crushw_eyeliner before bed to figure out what is going on Saturday. Except...I'm not sure we actually figured anything out. Oh well. It was nice to talk to her again and I can't wait to see her. I think it's seriously been like... 4 years?! Since the Alias trip, so... yeah, 4 years. Geez.

Today
Have called in sick to work. Feel like crap. I dunno what's wrong with me. Maybe I really do need to lay off the wheat/gluten products. Start taking my Chinese medicine again.

There are a couple things I want to work on, though, so we'll see. Looking at the computer is actually making me queasy. Whichi s not helpful since several of the things I want to do today (artwork, icons) involve using a computer. Blah.
