HMV shipped my Blackpool DVD! Wheeeee!

Apparently the some of the new Doctor Who season 2 Region 1 discs have a freaky error:

We've had a few readers write in to report a strange glitch with Doctor Who season 2, which they have rented from NetFlix. At exactly the 32:40 mark of disc 1, episode 2 ("New Earth") the video switches to chainsaw-horror movie (The Texas Chainswa Massacre: The Beginning) .... The bonus material on the disc can't be acessed either, which will allow you to quickly check to see if you have a problem disc.

It's very likely just the NetFlix discs as the error was caught early in production and there is an update saying that the discs are likely labeled, "Not for retaile sale - Rental only." So... I'm gonna have to go check mine, but they're probably okay.. Heh.

Last night I posted my costume pictures at ScifiHero.net and I've been asked if I wanted to submit photos and be considered for their calendar. Hm. I dunno. because really, me? In a calendar? XD Even though it's a fan one, that's still really, really funny.... and odd.

I need to burn stuff liekwhoa. *pets poor drive*

Hm. There are a lot of other things I need to do today like laundry. Wardrobe sorting. Cleaning. Knitting. But I'm feeling pretty damn lazy.

I watched all of the first disc, special features included, and did not have one problem with it.

Awesome. I didn't think it would be a huge problem with the retail sets, but you never know. :)

Cool :) It seems to be just a few sets that slipped out before they caught it, so I'm thinking it's not a big problem. Still... wouldn't want to be the person sitting down to "New Earth" and then it suddenly switches to a guy getting his legs cut off :x
