Got my oil changed this morning as well as my yearly inspection. Yay?

On the way back we had to stop by the pet store. As I'm driving down the back road to the mall, this flock of birds just swooped down towards an on-coming car and in that second I'm thinking, "holy crap, they didn't just hit that car did they?"

Yeah. Sure enough as I drive by, two birds had bounced of the car and were laying in the road. O_O

.. this icon is very appropriate.

oh god- ugh! You just reminded me of my childhood when my dad and me were on a trip to Cologne and this giant Bussard (like a falcon but bigger) smashed into the front window. We were on the Autobahn with about 130km/h and I screamed and screamed (hey, I was eight!). There was glass everywhere and that bird just stayed on the car. *shudders* I had all forgotten about that until now. Eeek, birds and cars...
