This morning I read an SGA fic that just about killed me: Freedom's Just Another Word for Nothing Left to Lose by synecdochic There may have been tears. Bring tissues. The fic is set on Earth, in the future, post-Atlantis mission.

Uhm. I can't spend my day reading fic, so I'm gonna go try and work on the Chaya jewelry. Or put together my John Stikfa.

Erm. And I need to beta a fic for cassiejamie and also do my taxes at some point.

oh there were definitely tears. you are KILLING me with this "dead" thing! i say "you", because all the really good teary ones are from links in your journal. thus deftly lifing the blame from me reading it (tho' i guessed it from the beginning, unlike the last time) to you for sending me in that direction.

and: dammit! i am an elizabeth/john shipper!! why is all this rodney & john stuff so damn heartbreaking! *shakes fist*
