So this morning.. I'd gotten to work and found out that my boss had -- at some point during the weekend -- changed my schedule from 9a-1p to 10a-1p... without telling me. Of course, I was half an hour late to work this morning, so I really ended up being half an hour early.. and then I stayed half an hour later. Whatever.

My Birds of Prey thingy is really slow. *pokes it* 44 hours to go!

I got my supply order for the Chaya necklace & bracelets I'm making for cassiejamie. W00t! Not I just gotta see if we have the right tools in the house to drill through shell. If not, I'm gonna have to make a trip to the craft store for a craft drill. Hm. Or possibly the hardware store for a Dremel kit... 'cause I've always wanted one. In the mean time, I'm going to get my Teyla Stikfa together.

That is... if I ever stop putzing around on Schrodinger. I've finally installed Photoshop and a crap load of fonts. Hope Schro doesn't choke on them. And the loads of brushes and filters I've just installed for Photoshop. Heh. *pets*

Right then. Off to do something fun and crafty.

after rewatching season one of sg-1, i have established that while i really wanted to name a fuzzy orange cat "clyde", that i may in fact have to name it "shroedinger". then the only people that will get it are either physics nerds (plus!) or sg-1 fans (plus!). i can't go wrong.

of course, i also wanted to name a siamese-type cat "mesmer", and that was a really really horrible movie, despite alan rickman. the man can't save everything all on his own.

After watching "Inferno," I feel the need to name something Hippofaralkus (spelling might vary). If only for the complete "Bwah?" face Shep pulled upon hearing the name.
